Randall C. Smith

Randall C. Smith is a 34-year employee of the state of Alabama, the last 25 of which have been with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. For the Board, he has served as chief auditor, product general manager, and was appointed administrator from January 1999 to April 2003 before returning to his merit position as product general manager. Mr. Smith was NABCA Chairman of the Board for 2002 - 2003.
A 1972 accounting graduate of Auburn University, Mr. Smith and his wife, Debbie, have three sons and reside in Auburn, Alabama.
