Membership Categories/Dues

Membership in the NABCA is not restricted solely to the control jurisdictions but is open to all entities of the beverage alcohol community, from control state officials and industry members to public health organizations, law firms, and more.

NABCA membership provides a great opportunity for networking and relationship building. Through a variety of benefits and opportunities offered to members, the NABCA provides an excellent forum for insightful discussions on current issues impacting alcohol regulation, policy and enforcement.

To receive the NABCA membership brochure and application in the mail, please complete the NABCA Membership Inquiry form. Please read the following descriptions to determine appropriate membership category.

Supplier Members

Supplier Members include industry members that represent the major manufacturers and importers in America’s multi-billion dollar alcohol beverage industry. These members account for more than 98 percent of the distilled spirits and 85 percent of the wine sold in the Control State market.

Broker Members

Broker Members include companies that serve as brokers for suppliers to sell their products in the Control States.

Dues: $750 per year. (Please note: multi-state brokers will be charged an additional $750 for each state the brokerage firm does business in.)

Allied Members

Allied Members include persons or firms not engaged in the manufacture or sale of alcohol beverages, yet conducting business with Control States and/or the alcohol beverage industry in some other manner.

Dues: $750 per year.

Association Members

Association members include associations whose membership is comprised of persons or firms eligible for Supplier Membership.

Dues: $1,500 per year for a national association; $750 per year for a state association.

Governmental Members

Governmental members include state, territorial, county and foreign governmental agencies responsible for controlling and/or regulating the distribution and sale of alcohol beverages.

Dues: $500 per year.
