SUPPLIER MEMBERS

Supplier Members include industry members that represent the major manufacturers and importers in America 's multi-billion dollar alcohol beverage industry. These members account for more than 98 percent of the distilled spirits and 85 percent of the wine sold in the Control State market.

Dues: Base dues of $1,500 per year. Annual dues for supplier members also include a computation based on the company's case sales of distilled spirits and wine in the Control States during the calendar year prior to billing. ($0.025 per distilled spirit case and $0.01 per wine, cocktail, cooler case). This also includes all regular and special order sales and sales through brokers, which are included in NABCA statistical reports. The Schedule of Dues is established by the Board of Directors. When two or more companies bear the relationship of parent and subsidiary, or are affiliated, or are under substantially the same control or management, such companies shall be considered separate, and dues shall be based on the case sales of each respective company.

BROKER MEMBERS

Broker Members include companies that serve as brokers for suppliers to sell their products in the Control States.

Dues: $750 per year. (Please note: multi-state brokers will be charged an additional $750 for each state the brokerage firm does business in.)

ALLIED MEMBERS

Allied Members include persons or firms not engaged in the manufacture or sale of alcohol beverages, yet conducting business with Control States and/or the alcohol beverage industry in some other manner.

Dues: $750 per year.

GOVERNMENTAL MEMBERS

Governmental members include state, territorial, county and foreign governmental agencies responsible for controlling and/or regulating the distribution and sale of alcohol beverages.

Dues: $500 per year.

ASSOCIATION MEMBERS

Association members include associations whose membership is comprised of persons or firms eligible for Supplier Membership.

Dues: $1,500 per year for a national association; $750 per year for a state association.
