  • During the Pre-COVID period, which ended February 2020, the on-premise marketplace in the control states averaged 18.0% share of the 9-liter case spirits market. 

    Beginning March 2020, the control states' on- and off-premise markets moved capriciously as opposed to their historically consistent, periodic behavior. 

  • During October nine-liter control states spirits case sales grew -0.9% over same period sales last year, a depressed growth rate that was influenced by an imposing comp(13.9%) and calendar anomalies.

  • During September nine-liter control states spirits case sales grew 4.0% over same period sales last year, a noteworthy growth rate measured against its Himalayan comp(17.9%).

  • During August nine-liter control states spirits case sales grew 2.2%, a perfunctory growth rate unaffected by an innocuous comp(1.8%), over same period sales last year.

  • During the period March 2020 through July 2021, the control states’ on- and off-premise markets behaved capriciously as opposed to their historically more consistent and periodic behavior. The pre-COVID on-premise share of the control state market averaged 18%.

  • During July nine-liter control states spirits case sales fell 2.3%, a depressed growth rate effected by a double whammy delivered by an imposing (16.0%) comp and calendar effects, over same period sales last year.

  • During the period March 2020 through May 2021, the control states’ on- and off-premise markets behaved capriciously as opposed to their historically consistent behavior. The pre-COVID on-premise share of the control state market averaged 18%.

  • During June nine-liter control states spirits case sales grew 8.6% over same period sales last year in spite of an imposing (13.1%) comp.

  • During the period March 2020 through April 2021, the control states’ on- and off-premise markets behaved capriciously as opposed to their historically consistent behavior. The pre-COVID on-premise share of the control state market averaged 18%.
