Alabama (7.8%), Idaho (4.0%), Iowa (11.5%), Maine (5.1%), Michigan (4.0%), Mississippi (7.4%), Montana (25.6%), North Carolina (5.9%), Ohio (4.5%), Utah (4.0%), Vermont (3.1%), West Virginia (3.1%), and Wyoming (10.1%) reported monthly growth rates for January that exceeded their twelve month trends.

He will assume responsibilities of this position in May 2018, when current chair-elect Jeffrey L.
