Alcohol industry insiders say consumers will pick up tab if liquor tax rises
DeKALB – Distillers, brewers and retailers say they foresee a higher burden on consumers, and at least one business owner said he would experience buyer’s remorse should a proposed liquor tax hike come to Illinois.
