BRITISH COLUMBIA - Immediate Roadside Prohibition comes into effect Monday giving law enforcement the ability to issue fines, suspend a licence and impound a vehicle following two failed roadside tests. There will also be demerits applied by Manitoba Public Insurance and an order for an interlock system to be installed in the vehicle.
