NABCA is a national trade association for control jurisdictions, which are states, counties or municipalities that take ownership of an alcoholic product at some point in the transaction cycle. There are 18 control jurisdictions throughout the U.S., with Alaska, Minnesota and South Dakota also having control municipalities.
