As shoppers walk through R&J Discount Liquor, they see aisles of wine, vodka and beer. Starting next week, the store will have a bit more competition. An expanded liquor sale law will begin which allows grocery stores to sell beer that contains up to 6 percent alcohol, verses 3.2 currently.
