Cannabis Moving Forward, Protecting Health

Recently, many state and local governments have loosened restrictions on medical and in some cases legalized adult use of cannabis, leaving policymakers to create regulatory systems without much input from public health. To help fill this gap, the authors of the book, Cannabis: Moving Forward, Protecting Health, took evidence-based research and drew upon their years of public health experience to pen a framework for cannabis regulation.

TTB Addresses New Labeling and Standards of Fill Regulations

The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) has announced updates to its Labeling and Standards of Fill Rules for all beverage alcohol products. Two TTB representatives will address updates to labeling regulations for malt beverage and distilled spirits as well as regulatory updates that govern wine and distilled spirits containers.
