RALEIGH – Immediately prior to the business portion of the March meeting of the North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission, A.D. “Zander” Guy was sworn in as chairman of the statewide regulatory agency. Guy previously had served on the Commission from 2009 through 2013 and was Chairman from 2012 through 2013.
