Governor Glenn Youngkin has been giving tasters and makers alike something to "wine" about this month by declaring October 2023 the 35th annual Virginia Wine Month -- representing a tradition spanning over three decades that celebrates the state's thriving wine industry, restaurants, retailers, consumers and the bounty of the Commonwealth.
