Judge dismisses suit over alcohol shipments to Mississippi
JACKSON, Miss. — A judge ruled Monday that Mississippi lacks authority to sue out-of-state mail-order wine sellers that were shipping alcohol directly to state residents, and he threw out the state’s lawsuit.
