Michigan Beer and Wine Wholesalers hail new legislation to toughen penalties on illegal shipments
A bill designed to increase penalties on illegally shipped wine or beer coming into Michigan recently advanced both the House and Senate and now awaits signature from Gov. Rick Snyder.
