Statewide ‘Booze It & Lose It' campaign will be no treat for impaired drivers this Halloween
North Carolina - Officials with NCDOT said that through October 31st, law enforcement agencies statewide will be increasing their saturation patrols as well as using checkpoints to look for impaired drivers.
