Topper initiative to close alcohol-sales loophole signed into Pa. law
HARRISBURG, Pa. — A bill by Pennsylvania state Rep. Jesse Topper to close a loophole in the updated liquor laws and give voters more say in their community recently was signed into law by Gov. Tom Wolf.
