BLANDING, Utah — The rural Utah city of Blanding, one of the last "dry" communities in the Mormon-majority state, will ask voters Tuesday whether to allow beer and wine sales in town for the first time in more than 80 years.
Liquor sales in Virginia continue to break records.
The Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control reported Thursday that liquor sales for the fiscal year that ended June 30 set a record. In fact, it was the 19th straight record-breaking year.
