Idaho ABC Guidance Regarding Curbside Sales of Mixed Alcohol Drinks

In the wake of Idaho Governor Brad Little’s emergency order closing non-essential businesses and limiting restaurants to off-premises operations via curbside or delivery services, it appeared that bars in Idaho would have to close completely given that current Idaho law prohibits the off-premises consumption of mixed alcoholic drinks.

Montgomery County Alcohol Beverage Services Allows for Restaurants to Sell and Deliver Beer and Wine for Off-Premise Consumption

With support from Alcohol Beverage Services (ABS), the Montgomery County Board of License Commissioners has passed a resolution to allow all restaurants with a current on-premise Montgomery County alcohol license to sell sealed containers of beer and wine for off-premise consumption along with a takeout or delivered meal.

PLCB mandates stoppage of on-site consumption

HARRISBURG – The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board announced Wednesday the exercise of its authority, with authorization from Gov. Tom Wolf, to mandate that all retail licensees, clubs, permittees, and producers must cease the sale of food and alcohol for on-premises consumption, effective at 8 p.m. Wednesday and until further notice.
