ARGYLE, NY -- One of the last completely ‘dry’ towns in New York state has a chance to get wet this fall. Voters in the town of Argyle in Washington County, north of Albany, will vote Nov. 5 on whether to overturn any or all of its prohibitions against the sale of alcohol.
