Tolsia High students recognized by West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice

GLENHAYES, W.Va. - "Don't miss moments that matter for ones that don't." That catch phrase appeared at the very end of a 30-second public service announcement that won first place in the 6th annual "NO School Spirits" PSA contest put on by the West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Administration.

Walmart to sell alcohol in Pa. with liquor license for one store

The state Liquor Control Board on Friday announced the results of an auction – its eighth since 2016 – for 25 liquor licenses, and named Walmart as the winning bidder of a license in Redstone Township, Fayette County.
