In the new Utah legislature: the future of 3.2 beer

Utahns consume 33 million gallons of beer a year. The only beer sold here is 3.2 percent alcohol by weight, but some of the nation’s largest brewers may stop making it.

PLCB Now Accepting Sealed Bids for Eighth Auction of Expired Restaurant Licenses

New proposal could make liquor licenses easier to acquire in Idaho

BOISE — Liquor licenses are a bit hard to come by here in Idaho, at least for now. But a new piece of legislation at the statehouse could make it a little easier for some businesses to obtain one of those precious licenses.
