tah lawmakers made a few tweaks to liquor laws, but abstained from major alcohol legislation in 2018

Utah lawmakers abstained from any major alcohol legislation in 2018.  They let Utah’s tough new drunken driving law — the toughest in the nation — stand, albeit with a few minor tweaks.

Legislation Would Allow Report-Free Alcohol Ignition Locks On Cars

LANSING (WWJ) – Legislation has been introduced in Michigan that would allow a driver to install an alcohol ignition lock on their vehicle without it sending reports to the secretary of state.

Committee Votes To Lower The Age Of Alcohol Transportation In NH

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — A House committee is opposing a measure to lower the legal drinking age in New Hampshire and instead is recommending changing a law that applies to minors who are in cars with alcohol.

State alcohol regulator’s website gets facelift. Should agency operations?

The state’s ABC Board’s old website was beyond just dated in a visual way. It also included some questionable content including mixed drink recipes.

N.H. House Passes Bill to Allow Entertainers to Drink Alcohol NHPR

The New Hampshire House has passed legislation that would allow workers to drink on the job, in very limited circumstances. The bill was approved Thursday. It would allow entertainers and dancers in establishments that serve alcoholic beverages to drink while performing.
