At 9:09 a.m. on Sunday, a crowd of more than 50 people sat silently in Calgary’s North Glenmore Park. It was the ninth minute of the ninth hour on the ninth day of the ninth month, and the community took a moment to recognize people around the world affected by fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD).
