On Tuesday, October 16, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Massachusetts will present awards to 27 outstanding individuals and agencies who are making a difference in the community and throughout the Commonwealth during its annual Law Enforcement Recognition Breakfast and Awards Ceremony at the Devens Common Center in Devens, Mass.
