Should mixed drinks be added to take-out booze? Liquor board says yes
FARGO — The Fargo Liquor Control Board on Wednesday, May 20, voted 4-1 in favor of recommending to the City Commission that the city allow restaurants to continue selling wine and beer with take-out food orders until at least late August.
