CHEROKEE COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) - The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission seized an illegal still in Cherokee County. The still sat in the driveway of a homeowner’s front yard and officers believe the person truly had no idea distilling liquor was illegal.
