Massachusetts becomes only state without lifesaving tech for first-offenders

BOSTON (April 2, 2018) — Massachusetts is now the only state in the nation that does not allow for drunk driving offenders to use ignition interlocks after their first offense.

International passengers into ABIA will pay state taxes on alcohol for 4 weeks

AUSTIN (KXAN) - Passengers on international flights arriving to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport are now having to pay state tax on alcohol as part of a 4-week Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission pilot program.
