Bill allowing wine and beer research, tasting at universities advances to South Dakota Senate floor

PIERRE, S.D. — A bill that would allow the use of alcohol by universities in South Dakota in certain situations, exempt from state alcohol regulations, was unanimously endorsed by the Senate Commerce and Energy Committee.

Proposal to allow sale of ‘crowlers’ of beer at craft breweries and taprooms headed to Naperville council

Naperville craft breweries and taprooms would be able to sell “crowlers” of beer under a proposed amendment to Class B liquor licenses going before the Naperville City Council.

Salisbury City Council Votes to Support Local Alcohol License Commission

SALISBURY, Md. - The city of Salisbury is one step closer to creating its own alcohol license commission. The city council voted Monday night to support a house bill in the General Assembly that would do just that.
