State alcohol agents issue hundreds of tickets

LITTLE ROCK -- Arkansas officials say agents over the weekend issued hundreds of tickets at bars, private clubs and other locations, nearly half of which were for selling alcohol to minors.

Grocery Sales of Wine Hit Liquor Stores

As of July 3, the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control Division had awarded 334 permits for “grocery store wine,” the permits that allowed grocery stores and other retailers to sell an expanded selection of wine.
