    San Diego of California ranks No.1 on average alcohol consume in U.S.

    LOS ANGELES, Oct. 21 (Xinhua) -- A new study conducted by the Delphi Behavioral Health Group showed residents in San Diego, a California city located near the U.S. and Mexico border, spent more money on alcohol on average in 2017 than any other metropolitan.
