    Alberta changes its tune; salons, spas now eligible for liquor licences

    Finance Minister Joe Ceci announced the policy change in a tweet Thursday morning after Lisa Maric, owner of Distilled Beauty Bar and Social House in Marda Loop, found out last month that the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission had altered her licence so that clients could no longer a enjoy a drink while getting treatments.
