    Lawmakers Work on Bill to Address Open Alcohol Containers in Cars

    FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA) – Arkansas lawmakers are attempting to pass legislation that would completely prohibit open containers of alcohol in a vehicle.  If it doesn't, the Arkansas Department of Transportation might miss out on $12 million.
