    Daniel Noble Voted Incoming Chair-Elect To NABCA Board

    ALEXANDRIA, VA (January 25, 2018)—Daniel W. Noble, director of the Wyoming Department of Revenue, was voted chair-elect to the NABCA Board of Directors. He will assume responsibilities of this position in May 2018, when current chair-elect Jeffrey L. Painter, chairman of the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (Virginia ABC), becomes NABCA Chairman of the Board.

    Attorney General, Office of Revenue crack down on wine club shipments

    When investigators with the Office of the Attorney General and the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of the Department of Revenue ordered wine online, 22 out of 63 companies shipped to Mississippi.

    The problem: It's illegal to ship alcohol into Mississippi. Also, some of them shipped to underage customers and into dry counties.
