    NT grocery stores take part in liquor licence buy-back scheme

    The Northern Territory government is implementing an expansion of its alcohol reform initiatives this week.

    In March this year, it announced a voluntary buy-back scheme of grocery store liquor licences across the Territory.

    Bars and restaurants in Oklahoma may be less likely to comply with state law on alcohol sales to minors than retail establishments, according to a recent state agency's study.

    For the study, the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and the Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission analyzed compliance checks of alcohol sellers to identify trends in enforcement rates.
