    LINCOLN, Ill. (WICS/WRSP) — Going out for a drink could cost you more if Governor JB Pritzker’s plan to hike taxes happens, raising the per-gallon tax on beer and cider to 27.7 cents, wine to $2.05 and distilled liquor to $12.60, which would be the third highest tax in the nation.
