    Gov. Sununu signs new 'Elizabeth Croke Law'; enforces stricter penalties for bars that overserve

    MERRIMACK, N.H. - A bill that strengthens penalties against establishments that overserve alcohol has been signed into law.

    House Bill 279, also known as the Elizabeth Croke Law, was signed by Gov. Chris Sununu on Friday.
