ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Pretty soon, breweries in New Mexico will be saying “it’s 11 o’clock somewhere” thanks to a new law signed by Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham. Senate Bill 413 changes the way breweries are taxed.
A local liquor distributor says the new law has cost him one-hundred million dollars. State Senate Bill 608 would amend part of the law that allowed major brand distributors to come into Oklahoma pushing out local distributors.
