    Pitcher Perfect: Governor signs bill to help breweries

    ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Pretty soon, breweries in New Mexico will be saying “it’s 11 o’clock somewhere” thanks to a new law signed by Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham. Senate Bill 413 changes the way breweries are taxed.
