HONG KONG, Nov. 9 (Xinhua) -- The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) government announced Thursday that wine re-exported from Hong Kong will enjoy instant customs clearance in all districts of the Chinese mainland from Nov. 9 onwards.
