Nordic-Baltic NGOs urge governments to cooperate on alcohol policy
Nordic Alcohol and Drug Policy Network sent today an open letter to the ministers and party leaders of Latvia, Estonia and Finland concerning alcohol taxes and cross-border trade in the region.
