Shoplifting surge prompts Helsinki Alko to replace liquor bottles with cardboard cut-outs
An Alko outlet in the Ullanlinna neighbourhood of Helsinki has removed bottles of stronger spirits from its shelves, and replaced them with photographs of the products printed on cardboard.
