Commission revising alcohol codes

The Indiana Alcohol Code Revision Commission, an interim committee of the General Assembly, has been meeting regularly since Aug. 22 and will meet throughout the next two years to discuss, review and draft bills concerning Indiana’s alcohol laws.

Memphis Council may allow alcohol in open plastic cups on Main Street

The Memphis City Council opened discussion Tuesday on a proposal to allow people to drink and carry alcohol in open plastic containers on Main Street, including the length of the mall and in the growing South Main area.

Commission won’t get extra help to make sure stores become compliant with new liquor law

OKLAHOMA CITY — Before Oklahomans will be able to get high-point beer and wine at grocery and convenience stores, the ABLE Commission will have to get the thousands of stores and employees licensed to sell the alcohol.

Franchot unveils legislative package lifting limits on craft beer industry
