Large Kansas craft brewery shuts down

MANHATTAN, Kan. — The self-proclaimed largest craft brewery in Kansas is shutting down. Tallgrass Brewing, based in Manhattan, will close its doors, at least temporarily.

Tennessee Supreme Court says DUI fee system is constitutional

The Tennessee Supreme Court has ruled that a statute allowing the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to collect a fee when a person is convicted of certain drug and alcohol offenses does not deprive defendants of the right to a fair and impartial trial under both the Tennessee and U.S. constitutions.
