    Liv's Law strengthens drunken driving laws in Ohio

    COLUMBUS, Ohio - After four and a half years of fighting for action, Bryan and Teresa Wright joined Gov. Mike DeWine as he signed House Bill 37 into law, known as Liv's Law.

    The legislation officially goes into effect on April 9.
