    Oregon wineries demanded equity. They received it in Senate Bill 112, the Oregon Wine Tonnage Tax Fairness Act, which will require out-of-state wineries holding Oregon wine licenses to pay the same $25-per-ton grape tax that Oregon wineries pay when buying Oregon grapes.
