NABCA Cancels the Annual Conference

ARLINGTON, VA (March 20, 2020) – With the continuing and evolving impact of COVID-19 across the US and the imposed mandates that prevent public gatherings to curb the spread of the virus, Chairman Dan Noble and the NABCA Board of Directors decided to cancel NABCA’s 83rd Annual Conference, scheduled for May 18-21 at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge, Phoenix, Arizona.

Over the past few days, the federal government and states have been implementing emergency measures recommended by public health officials to stop the spread of the virus. Chairman Noble and the board of directors felt canceling the Annual Conference was the most responsible decision for the NABCA community.

The National Alcohol Beverage Control Association will automatically cancel and fully refund all paid registrations. The Association also encourages taking the following actions:

  • Annual Conference registrants who booked hotel rooms at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge, please either call the hotel directly at 480-293-5000 or 1-800-835-6206, or, using your Marriott reservation number and last name, log on to www.Marriott.com and cancel electronically.
  • Annual Conference registrants who booked air travel to attend the event need to contact their respective carrier regarding their own ticket.

We look forward to your attendance at our Annual Conference in 2021.  Should you have additional questions, please email us at nabca.info@nabca.org.
