    City considering relaxing lounge/bar rules for downtown Decatur Decatur Daily

    As a way to attract millennials, the Planning Commission is examining the possibility of relaxing the city’s rules against opening a bar/lounge in downtown Decatur.  Planning Commissioner Eddie Pike asked City Planner Karen Smith at the January meeting to research the issue.
