    "In 36 years, I've carried way too many bodies out of road ditches," Emmet County Sheriff Mike Martens said. A new study found that Iowa has the nation's 16th highest rate of drunk driving arrests. Iowa's rate of DUI/OWI arrests in 2018 was 375.2 per 100,000. The national average was 330 per 100,000.
